Objectives :

• To attract and retain the best available young talent in engineering and management streams.
• Groom young talent to develop NextGen Leaders.
• Establish systematic procedures to fulfill skill gaps and future talent needs.

Recruitment Process :

• Candidate has to submit an application to get eligibility to write an online test.
• An Online test of 60 marks having a time period of 60 mins, comprising of 4 sections (Aptitude & Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, General Awareness, and Technical / Management section).
• JAM (Just a minute) session.
• Interview (Panel of HR & Technical professionals).
• Pre-Employment Medical Health Check-up.
• Selected candidates must have to sign a service agreement for a period of 2 years.




Job Location :

• Candidates who are willing to work anywhere in India will be given preference. Based upon the vacancies in the existing projects / upcoming projects posting shall be done on a priority basis.

Medical Test :

• Selected candidates must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Health Checkup. It's mandatory to submit the medical reports to release the offer letter.

BOAT Registration :

• Graduate Engineer Trainees & Diploma Engineer Trainees who have been employed for the first time shall be registered in the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), under The Apprenticeship Act, 1961. BOAT shall issue the Digital Certificate of Proficiency directly sent to the candidate’s mail ID.

Induction & Orientation :

• MEIL conducts structured orientation for a period of one month for familiarizing new hires with the organization’s culture, policies, and procedures.
